Mini Spring Haul!

Hey Guys!

How are you all? I hope you are all well, I'm doing fine, my Summer exams are right around the corner though :(

I went shopping the other day and picked up a few things.

First up in Dunnes, I picked up this bargainous pair of rose gold ballerina pumps. They were €3, yes you read right, €3! They're quite good quality too so don't feel as if they'll only last a month, they seem to be quite sturdy. They're perfect for Spring too! Love!

I then got this little eyeshadow brush from Superdrug. They were €2.30 each and on special offer for buy two get one half price. So my sister and I both picked up this flat shader brush. It is soft and blends eyeshadows well, I must say I'm impressed!

Also in Superdrug I bought this little mint nail varnish from the brand MUA. It is in the shade Pistachio Ice Cream and for €1.35, I thought it might satisfy my mint nail polish cravings haha! Its actually really good quality, it is opaque in two coats and doesn't chip easily.

I then picked up the Maybelline The Rocket Volum' Express Mascara in Boots using my Boots Advantage Card points. It's on special offer at the moment, reduced to €8.99 from €11.99. This mascara has been raved about on the internet so I wanted to see what the fuss was about! First off, wow! I love the mascara so much! Instant length, volume, no clumps! I definitely recommend giving it a try.

So guys, I hope you liked this little haul, stay tuned for more videos and blog posts! Talk to you guys soon, xoxo, Emma

Hey Guys!

I know I'm a little late on the bandwagon with this one, but I only got it yesterday! I ordered the Theodora palette from Debenhams online as an early birthday present from my parents (My birthday is on the 5th June by the way... a little bit early? Yep, but totally worth it!)

First of all, can we take a minute to just look at the packaging? It's beautiful! It really gives the feeling of magic! It is holographic so shimmers amazingly in the light. I also like how the palette is made of tin so is sturdy and easy to clean. The palette consists of six new eyeshadows in the Build Your Own Palette form so are easy to remove so you can mix and match your eyeshadows. Two of the shadows, (Jealousy and Spell) are duos which have never been done in their BYOP line.

The palette also features a Get The Look Card for Mila Kunis' character Theodora in the film. It is very helpful and thorough. I'll be doing a recreation of the look in an upcoming video so keep an eye out for that!

The eyeshadows themselves are AMAZING! They are so buttery and soft I actually let out a little squeal when I first swatched them. They are pigmented and have such a lovely array of colours that can be suited to any occasion.
L-R: Jealousy(duo), Spell(duo), West, Bewitch, Beware, Broken
Broken: a lovely vanilla shade perfect for highlighting the inner corner or browbone. Slightly shimmery but it is very fine. Very pigmented.

Beware: A warm matte brown. Slightly orange-y toned. Very pigmented.

Bewitch: A cool dark brown with fine shimmers. Similar finish to Broken. Very pigmented.

West: Deep brown with slightly chunkier shimmer than Broken but still quite fine. Extremely pigmented!

Spell: The first of the duos. A yellow gold with chunky glitter, a bit of fallout, but still workable. Not as pigmented as the rest. The darker colour is an almost black shadow with chunky glitter, but less fallout. Quite pigmented.

Jelaous: The second duo. The lighter green is very pigmented and almost like a lime green with a silver-y shimmer. The darker green is also very pigmented with silver shimmer.

The palette comes with a full size Super- Saturated High Gloss Lip Colour Pencil in Theodora. It is an incredibly pigmented cherry red with a beautiful shine. Lasts well on the lips and just a lovely lip pencil!

Also with the palette, you get a mini 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencil in Zero. I have never tried these eye pencils before, and I have no idea why I didn't! These are so soft and pigmented but stay on for ages! Love <3

All in all, this is a fabulous palette that is definitely worth the €36 price tag (which is actually an insane deal when you think of it!) Snap it up while it's still available!
I hope you liked this long post and well done if you got to the end, I just love this palette so much!
xoxo, Emma

Hey Guys!

I hope you all had a great Easter and completely stuffed yourselves with chocolate! ;) Today I'll be showing you the nail polishes I wore for Easter and I think they are just perfect for Spring!

First on my thumb nail, I used Strawberrry Milkshake from RARE, a nail polish brand I have only seen in Lanzarote (Sorry guys!) and it's such a cute baby pink. The name describes it perfectly!

Then on my index finger I used Peach Melba from Barry M, a pastel peach colour that has been raved about in the blogosphere!

I used two polishes on my middle finger, Mint Green from Barry M, and this beautiful limited edition glitter polish also from Barry M. It doesn't have a name, well not that I can see anyway! It is clear, despite looking black in the bottle, and has big chunks of fuchsia, royal blue and dark green glitter. Beautiful!

I used my old favorite, Parma Violet from Topshop Nails, a pastel lilac on my ring finger. So Easter-y!

On my baby finger I used Orange Soda from 17, a slightly darker coral/ peach.

I love these nails, I hope you do too!
Talk to you later guys, I'm off to eat more chocolate! Muahahahahah <3

xoxo, Emma
