Hey Guys!

How have you all been? I haven't blogged in what feels like FOREVER. I humbly apologise and I hope you will accept my apology. As many of you know, I was in Greece at the end of July/ beginning of August and it was uh- mazing! I'm going to include some photos just to give you guys a little taster of the beautiful island of Zakynthos.

These fajitas were also quite beautiful ;)

Me and Becka

I must say, I have been on a roll with winning competitions (well two, but it's more than I've ever won, so hey, give a girl some props haha) and I won tickets to go see The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones so of course I took my sister, Rebekah. By the way, Becky has recently started her own blog, you can find that here where she will talk about healthy living, travelling and lots of fun stuff. But anyway, the movie was incredible, we want to see it again as soon as possible! It was so good and I never say this, but OMG. Love it haha <3 It is quite different to the book but I still think it is pretty faithful to the books and I like how Luke was Irish ;) Lily Collins is my new favourite actress, I might do a makeup inspired look one of these days.

So school is just around the corner, literally and I know I am not ready to go back. I'm not ready to face the big, bad Leaving Cert!! I hope you guys found my affordable, uniform appropriate makeup look useful, I tried to be as helpful as possible! It's so hard to watch all of the back to school makeup looks other Youtubers have been posting and knowing that in Ireland, we can wear next to no makeup :(

I don't know if you guys know this about me, but I have gotten really into healthy eating this summer. I have cut out bread, pasta and rice, as well as crisps, sweets, chocolate and red meat. I also don't drink any fizzy drinks. You must be thinking, what do you eat then?! I eat plenty of fruit and veg, fish, chicken and turkey and you may be surprised to know that vegan baking isn't hard to come by. My favourite blog is Gluten- Free- Vegan- Girl and she has dozens and dozens of (yep, you guessed it) gluten- free, vegan recipes from cakes to lasagna, this girl knows a thing or two about veganism!

So I really hope you enjoyed this post, I know it was a bit random, but hopefully you enjoyed it none the less!

Emma, xoxo
